What happens if plans change.

Asking for an invitation is free, and this website takes no payments today. This page is here so you know the rules before ticket sales open. The version shown at the time you pay is the one that applies to you.

Cancel 7 days or more before the event: full refund. Cancel less than 7 days before: no refund, because seats and passes are already committed. Refunds go back to the way you paid, within 5–7 working days of approval.

If MBF cancels an event, every ticket is refunded in full. If we move the date or venue, you choose: keep your ticket for the new date, or take a full refund.

These are agreed on a call before any payment. After you pay, you have a 7-day cooling-off period for a full refund, unless the event is less than 7 days away or the benefits have already started.

Credits are earned, never bought, so there is nothing to refund. How they work is in the terms.
