What we collect, and what we never sell.

Invite, creator, artist and connect requests ask for your name, how to reach you, and what you tell us about your work. Only the Main Bhi Founder team sees them, and only to get back to you. Nothing from a form is ever published, except one thing: artists who upload a video for the auditions agree to have their video, stage name, art form, city and social links shown on their artist page and MBF's channels. Their email and phone number are never shown. We message you on WhatsApp only because you said we could.

To decide on your request, to reach you about it, and to run the event you asked about. We use your details for nothing else, and we never sell them.

We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to see how many people visit, where they come from and whether our ads work. They tell Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which pages were opened and how far someone got in a form, never what was typed, and they store cookies in your browser. You can limit this in your Google and Facebook ad settings or with your browser's tracking protection.

The "open to roles" list and any directory exist only because people opted in themselves. First access for members means an early window, never sold data.

We never sell, share or advertise any list to investors. In the MBF deal room, investors and partners see only pitches that founders chose to send and that we reviewed. Introductions are never sold.

Filming consent covers the floor, booth and bell moments. Sponsors get usage rights only to clips featuring their own brand.

These open with the MBF app. Your name, city, business and clip will appear on the wall only after you tick the box, and you can ask us to take them down any time.

Artists keep ownership of their videos. To take a video or artist page down, write to hi@mainbhifounder.com or WhatsApp +91 99589 01114 with the page link, and we remove it from the website, the app and our channels. The full terms are in the artist guidelines.

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to hi@mainbhifounder.com from the email or number you used, and we delete your request and anything else we hold about you.

The Main Bhi Founder team ("MBF", "we") runs this website and holds the details you send us. We will name the operating company and its grievance officer on this page once they are final. Until then, the contact below reaches the team responsible for your data, and we reply within 48 hours.
